Caylin and Jennifer make breed history, becoming the first Gordon Team to earn a Rally RAE title.

Caylin is the first Gordon in Canada to hold a Rally Excellent Title. Jennifer is very good in her training and keeps to a schedule, which shows up in Caylin's work ethic.

Caylin showed us how to do it in the obedience ring this June taking High in Match from Novice A Class. Way to go Team, Jennifer and Caylin.

Caylin (Gaelic for victorious) is more formally known as Ch Sassenach Garnet Star PCD shares her house with Jennifer Evans. She runs with one gang at Edworthy Park during the week and weekends heads down south of the city to swim in the Bow River with her second gang. Her NS Duck Toller buddy Maggie taught her how to swim when she was about 8 months old and is probably sorry that she did! Caylin spends our weekend walks stealing sticks from her in the river. One of her Brittany friends has taught her how to eat the Wolf Willow berries all winter long, so she won’t starve on our walks either! She hasn’t quite got the hang of holding down the branches to get the berries.
Caylin and I are working hard with our obedience and hope to hit the ring in earnest in the New Year.
