Clouseau
Clouseau has headed home to Arizona and warm weather, although he has really enjoyed living in Alberta for the summer once the colder weather came he decided it was time to go home. We've really had a lot of fun together and I was sad to see him leave. Clouseau was thrilled to see Suzanne again. They have already planned a trip to the Eukanuba classic together, so if you have the chance check out the PBGV both and meet Clouseau in person.
Clouseau is visiting Camp Sassenach for the summer, making a very interesting addition to our family. Enjoying the paddock with his setter pals Clouseau gives full range to his voice on the morning run. The setters are getting used to his deep baying tones while he chases them and no longer stop to see if he is in pain with all the racket he makes.
Owned by Suzanne Douglass and David Dodge of Scottsdale Arizona and bred by Robyn Wallis of Australia, Clouseau already has quite an impressive show record at the age of two. Clouseau will be making his Canadian debut in late June. Although Clouseau has not been able to find any breed competion in Canada he is well on his way to a Canadian Championship with three group placements to his credit.
Clouseau's wins to date:
- Best Baby Puppy in Show, Victoria Australia, before leaving to come live in the U.S.
- Earned his American championship in four shows with two five point majors and a four point major. Finishing his championship with BOW at the PBGVCA National Championship 2006 under Judge Linda Skerritt.
- Gained first Award of Merit in BOB Class at the 2007 Central REgional Specialty, Nashville, TN under judge Dr. Anne Gallant.
